The Vizor 4000 Professional provides perfect protection for the professional welder and makes all welding tasks even safer, more efficient, more precise and more comfortable. One special feature on this model is the option of selecting from automatic and manual operating modes. In automatic mode, the appropriate level of protection is automatically set within a range from (Shade Level) SL 5 to SL 13. An additional light sensor measures the average power density of the arc and offers an optimum view of the weld seam. In grinding mode, the cartridge is deactivated and remains light.

Automatic protection level adjustment

The adaptive protection level regulation automatically adjusts the level of protection within the range of 5 to 13 to suit the welding process.

Perfect view of the weld seam

The welding helmet has achieved the highest classification (1/1/1/1) of EN 379 for optical class, scattered light, homogeneity and viewing angle dependency. The realistic color filter allows the welder the best possible control over the weld pool and working environment.

Ideal for overhead applications

Thanks to the smoke and particulate repellent design, the welding helmet is well suited for use in overhead applications.

Simple operation
